How many passive skill points do we have in 3.0 ? 121 or 122?

May have been answered already and I missed it. Pre 3.0 if we took all 3 points for bandits what were the points then? 121?
In other words how many new points did we gain? if any? for this 3.0 tree? |

Went through the quests and ended up with 122.
2.6 had 123. Charges seem to be totally removed without explanation or compromise. IGN: Arlianth

So in other words since this time I have to do all the quests all over in standard to test stuff we actually lose the one point which was the bandit merciless one and actually gain no other points for 3.0 content. Thank you that helped me understand what I may be missing in content.

I am a little confused, newbie I admit, but don't you get passive points from accending ???? I know from the planner we get 123 I just thought that with merciless and cruel there would be more. |

the passives from ascending arent counted as they can only be used for ascension passives not on the general tree
