How many passive skill points do we have in 3.0 ? 121 or 122?

After completed all quest, My level 98 char has 119 total passive skill points (include +2 from deal with bandits). so we will have 121 points when reach 100 level.

My level 79 char has 102 total points, 78 from leveling. In theory I still have 21 points left to get, which would put me at 123...which is what the old max total was if you took all three points from bandits. Poeplanner.com has the cap at 122 as well, so my math must be off. But if it is, it's only off by one point.
I'd double check that you've done ALL of the quests. I know one of the acts (can't remember which) didn't show I had any quests in it until I went back to it and talked to everybody. |

123 if you kill all bandits, 121 if you side with one.

It's the same ammount of points as earlier? Or more/less?

" The passive points are distributed throughout the acts like this: act 1: 3 act 2: 2 (kill all bandits) act 3: 2 act 4: 1 act 5: 2 act 6: 3 act 7: 3 act 8: 3 act 9: 2 act 10: 3 I hope this help a bit. Yea, I accidentally added an extra point. 99 is max without the passive points reward. So, you are fine Goreena13.
Disregard the 124 or 122 stuff. It is 123 or 121. Time to sleep since I derped on this one. Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.
