3.0 Build Theory: Deadeye Noxious Cloud

Hey guys so this is one of my theoretical builds for starting out in the 3.0 patch tomorrow i cover pretty much everything i am thinking in terms of this build though i don't take into account gear or anything like that just yet i am still relatively new to this game so i would appreciate any and all help you guys could offer in regards to this build and future builds as well as gear or anything at all thank you guys for any comments you have .
