3.0 Build Theory : Shadow Throw

Hey all, So my name is Nuie and im new to poe ive been playing for a little bit more then two months. i have recently started doing build theories on my youtube channel hoping to get some tips from players as well as thoughts and suggestions regarding my builds. as such this is the first build theory i have created for the 3.0 patch and one of 3 possible starting builds that i am debating between for the new league and new patch i would appreciate anyone watching my video and any and all tips or thoughts or comments you guys have for me as a player and as far as builds in general go.
