[3.1] The way to Sun Rise (Pure Strength RF EE Blasthemy+Flammability/Enfeeble)



Begining of history

I try to make some RF build with course but I didn't like mechanic when you use Curse on Hit Support. So decide to drop Vitality Aura and use Blasphemy+Flammability. It works till t15. After that I try t16 but with -60 chaos res and only 30% phis reduction I try to make anodher changes: add more armour in items and swap Flammability for Enfeeble. This is the end of build in Legacy Leage.

Build assumptions

1. Complete as many as possible map on atlas.
2. Lower the amount of pressin buttons (just Q-rush with Shield charge, and sometimes using flasks)
3. Fun with killing enemy without single touch (pretty well).
4. Enought tanky to make almost any map mods.

Core items


Kaom Heart for those who preffer life more then sokets. Ofc you can have much more hp with Legacy Kaom (some around 16k).

Upgrading skill gem quality

It's not nesseserly to upgrade quality of any core gem, but if you want I suggest you to do this in that order:

1. As first: Inc. Burn. DMG (0.5% inc. Burn. Dmg per 1q) - more dmg to RF, Blasphemy (0.5% inc. Effect of Supported Curses per 1q) - more effective course, Stone Golem (1% inc. Minion Max Life & 1% inc. Minion Dmg per 1q) - survive longer and Increased Area of Effect (0.5% inc. Area Damage per 1q) - next boost to dmg.
2. As second: Molten Shell (1% more chance to Ignite enemy pre 1q) and Flammability (Ignite on Cursed enemies has 0.5% increased Duration per 1q).
3. All other with hight quality don't make large difference.

4. % life regen (from 3.0)
5. Burning damage
6. Elemental damage (spell dmg don't work with RF)

40% increased Righteous Fire Damage
20% reduced Purity of Fire Mana Reservation (with BM and Mortal conviction, build focused on life)

Regenerate 2% of Life and Mana per second if you were Hit Recently

Rise of the Pheonix - core item, armour, all res., max fire res, fire res.
Doon Coubiyari - 2nd. core item, Iron Will, strength, inc. dmg. per 8 str. so with 800 we have 100% its similar to perf. Doryani Catalyst.
Gloves with Essence of Delirium (30% more DoT dmg). Here i make big mistake i should use that essence on Titan Gauntlets


Flask


1. Emergancy switch to turn off RF.
2. Bonus life regen and freez removal.
3. Bleed removal + bons hp regen.
4. Poison removal + bons hp regen.
5. Movement on map with Temporal chains.

1. RF + Inc.Bur.Dmg + Elemental Focus + ConC Effect/Inc. Area - main dmg.

2. CWDT + Molten Sheel + Life Leach + Iron Will(30) (from weapon) - armour, life regen, bonus dmg.

3. CWDT + Ice Nova + Imortal Call + Purity of Fire - to proc. EE, survive thx to IC and max fire res.

6. Schorching Ray + CWC + Life Leach + Firestorm - to lvling and then for hardest enemy on map and for breach.


Why am I use so wierd 6L? Just for killing trash mob that could close to me and didn't die yet. Riposte and Shield charge proc fortify. Golem live longer with fortify. Golem, Shield Charge and Riposte can instant kill mob and bosses that have less then 10% hp. To start playing freely you need only 3L (Shield Charge + Fortify + Stone Golem).

Tukohama - While stationary, gain 2% additional Physical Damage Reduction each second, up to a maximum of 8%

Upgrading order
1. Tukohama + Warmaker Tahsin = While stationary, gain 0.5% of Life Regenerated per second each second, up to a maximum of 2%
2. Arakaali + Shock and Horror = 30% reduced Effect of Shock on you, 30% reduced Shock Duration on You
3. Arakaali + The Widow Armala = +25% Chaos Resistance against Damage Over Time

Concept for this leage

Use Charge Dash instead of Shield Charge. Bonus from Fortify and Storm barrier.
Try to made 6L RF in Staf

First random items used to start RF
Level around 44. You need to controll life pool and use potion in right moment to survive. First flask with burning removal is mandatory.





First time without degen while moving

Still without Rise of the Phoenix, nice Abyss jewel with life regen. No need to use flask while moving.




Items in Act 10 - deathless boss fight
Level 70.
Stats: Fire res 81%, cold res 52%, light res 75%, phys red. 52%.
