A while back, I was doing masters and wondered what level can a character enter maps or do master missions? And can I clear maps?

This term I am borrowing from world of warcraft, It is still common for people to make very well geared low level characters for fun or pvp.
http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Twink Twink (WoW) - A low-level character made more powerful by higher-level characters, usually through gifts of armor and weapons that the character would not normally have at such low level. Also used as a verb to describe the act of giving low-level characters powerful items uncommon at their level. [RULES]

This challenge is made for me with my own rules, I intentionally do not share gear and builds to encourage people to try it for themselves rather than copy and paste a build to follow!
1) Level The character must be no higher than level 38 Why 38? You can actually enter maps at level 35, but I realised some skill gems like cast when damage taken are not available till 38. For a while I considered making the level 40 but headhunter is level 40 and would be best in slot for every character making things a lot less interesting. 2) Gear Any gear a level 38 character can equip are allowed. Legacy gear and relics are highly encouraged! 3) Ascendancy: Yes you may and I do use a character with full Ascendancy unlocked including Uber. Unfortunately the only way to do this now is to take a higher level character and use book of regression (1 scour , 1 wisdom per level): https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Book_of_Regression 4) Aurabots\Support These are allowed but they must also be level 38 or lower. 5) What happens if I level? You must vendor a scour and wisdom scroll to de level back to 38. You will not gain XP once you are many levels above the content you do 6) Maps: Maps must be rare! You can roll them however you want but the maps must be rare to make things harder. Any tier Map is fine!! 7) Banned Items\Gear\Builds: Nothing is banned currently, go nuts ! [Interesting Gear]

Surprisingly there is a lot of super interesting uniques available at level 38 and when i was planning the first build this is where I started:

There are also hard to obtain items such as a demigod chest that are really good for these builds. Making a full BIS (best in slot) character could take quite a while. I have still not been anywhere near a BIS character, I am not an ultra rich standard player, I just have a lot of gear from old leagues and enjoy crafting. [Tips]

To enter maps currently you must a) be level 35 and b) have killed Kitava
There seems to be a level requirement to enter lab now 40,50 and 60; So you basically have to de level a higher character with ascendancy to 38. The first time I did this I was able to level up and have other players help me with merc lab, I think they patched in the level requirement at some point. The character will stop getting XP when it is in zones that much higher so no need to worry about leveling again! DO NOT apply lab enchants other than normal, it will increase the level of the item!!! I have only just started playing with crafting rares , the best thing to do is use a low ilvl base item so that it can not roll the higher tier mods. even though you have a level 38 base item , it will increase in level if you roll it with high tier resistances etc. In general under ilvl 50 seems to be the sweet spot. Also crafted resistances and life are about the maximum or in some cases higher than you can roll on a level 38 item. Incursion league has items that will make this easier for more builds , hopefully I can take different builds higher into maps!! Interesting concept! Hint: you could set your limit to the "middleway" between CWDT and HH: level 39 ;)
" If the release doesn't change much, we/you will probably have to finish act 10 to get access to maps. There's no info so far if level requirements will (still) be a thing... was toying around with PoB had trouble hitting resist caps since max res on a single piece is 29%, you can corrupt belts and amulets for a Lv15 Purity of elements which normally requires Lv60 and gives 24% all res.

" hitting res cap is not all that impossible , my character is mostly in rares now, dont forget that crafted res is as good as or better than you can get on lvl 38 gear. for a while i was using https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Aurumvorax to cap res , this is fine for a caster but i slowly got or made rares with as much res and life as possible There is also goldrim , if you google poe leveling uniques half of them are best in slot for these builds While im not going to link gear , most of my gear and tree investment are in trying to stay alive (no surprise there) so skills that need little to no investment work best because you can put effort into res cap I am currently working on a 3.0 build now that the patch notes are out! I hope to hear if anyone else gets into this too. Unfortunately it looks like to nerf RF totem damage they have reduced totem life (rf totem dps comes from totem life) The high nerf to them life likely makes it near impossible to make a 38 mapping totem character, PLEASE NOTE I HAVE NOT ACTUALLY TESTED THIS " I am sorry , I decided on 38, Trust me I look and see uniques that make me want it to be a little higher but the level is 38 im firm on that (you can enter maps and use all the skill gems or at least all the important ones). Only thing that will increase the character level is if i can not enter maps on a level 38 character. I think face tank builds like this are the least optimal, but i had wanted to try this one.

I never banned decoy totem and that would make this trivial but i don't wish to use it. Also, dear god the incursion items will trivialize this if they are available at 38 , the map level will be increased to make it more fun rather than banning the items  Can't wait! People are asking stupid prices for low level incursion items so started farming stuff myself. There are pages of items listed for 1ex lol good luck to those people , i have the currency but im not stupid I don't really consider the above anywhere near good but it's a start I have some ideas about the sort of stuff i want but its not the most fun thing farming incursions at low level. I sort of wish there was a room dedicated to low level items , you basically have to farm them on a low level.
