Medusa Snakes

I'm not sure if this has ever been addressed (a quick search of "medusa" turned up nothing), but I think the Medusa Snakes helmet skin would look so much better if it replaced not just the helmet but also the hair for any class it was put on. Maybe add a sort of matching green scale skull cap to it if the bald snake-headed characters look too weird in-game?
