Why do ALL bosses have high chaos resist?

Cut us some slack. Why do we have to spend an eternity killing a boss?

Probably 'cause WitherTotem is pretty OP given how free it is to obtain/maintain. Just plop it down with a 4L (Wither/Spell Totem/Faster Casting/Inc Duration) and you get a bunch of increased chaos damage taken on a boss (Also, since it's not a curse, it's not affected by bosses 60-80% less curse effectiveness)
Though, it's pretty sucky that only Witch (Thus by proxy, Scion) gets any Chaos penetration/resist reduction. Even suckier, is it being tied to one specific ascendancy to boot... |

High? Most bosses have 15%. Shaper/Guardians have 25%.
