What dose this MTR mean

Hi i been getting random lag spikes in poe over past few days leading to many deaths ( at lvl 89 not fun ) seems mostly when i encounter a bunch of magic mobs anyways did some forum reading done the WinMTR trace and this is what i get,

Hi there,
Could you run WinMTR again, but for a bit longer? GGG requests that WinMTRs include 300-500 packets. Yours includes only 42, so there's very little information for us to go on. The longer WinMTR runs for, the more helpful it will be. :) |

87.117.211.30 is now showing 1% packet loss

" This appears to be where the issue is originating from, and it is very similar to the results I've been getting (I'm also playing on the London gateway and having issues). Looking at the WinMTR the issue crops up between the London Internet Exchange and GGG's hosting provider. I'd suggest sending an e-mail to techsupport@grindinggear.com and either including your second WinMTR in the e-mail or linking to this thread. They should be able to look into this further. |

i have sent them an email with link and updated WinMTR out put that now is showing 3 hops with packet loss
