Amulet - IIQ Question

The IIQ intrigued me as I was rummaging through an old stash and had forgotten it used to roll on jewelry. Is it still supported and would this amulet be worth anything?

It's a legacy IIQ roll - it could roll on any item, not just jewellery - and it's still working afaik.
As far as what it is worth, no idea since I don't trade at all now and hardly ever did. Legacy IIQ should be worth smtg, with other good affixes (yours are meh) could be worth a lot; but now the meta is more about clearspeed than MF...

(mastercraft IIR on it if it's possible)
