I made this character designed around wielding no weapons, but i wanted it to be very well sustained with decent damage as well. everything was chosen very specifically but i wanted to see what you guys think before I actually make the character

I recommend you look up some Facebreaker guides from the forum and copy them.
Your build makes little to no sense to me, no offense. I probably made similar stuff when I first started to play this game.

getting perfect ventors, unlikely, facebreaker need flat phys dmg, get steel rings
use your main skill in a six link, a 4L is too weak, link cyclone to melee phys, faster attacks, conc, added fire, melee dmg on full life/fortify ( inc aoe for clearing maybe)
do not use trickster, bad ascendancy for that purpose, go with slayer
you are skipping tons of jewel sockets, which can provide life and deeps
use devotos devotion instead of rat's nest or abyssus for massive dmg
also, use a shield, either a good rare, surrender if you can afford it or for offense old one's ward
use a rare chest with life and res
either use rares with high ms, life and res for the boots or redblade for some dmg
