A bug about shaped orb

Hi~ dear POE team,
I encountered a bug that shaped orb didn't drop on completing the map.
I completed 3 times of the Oba's Cursed Trove, while T11 shaped orb didn't drop at all.
Currently in my atlas UI, you can clearly see that I already completed the bonus requrements but the map is still blue circled, meaning I didn't get that shaped orb at all.
Please advise, I need the bug fixed and a shaped orb of t11.
This bug got me spending 24 chaos to buy Oba's map, I still don't have my shaped orb, very frustrating.

Most likely you’re completing legacy versions of Oba’s Cursed Trove, which are of the wrong level and thus can’t drop the Shaper’s Orb.

Hi bro, I'm sure I was completing the standard version of oba, I wonder why it didn't drop

I agree with Melvar. Do you have a screenshot from within the map showing the area level as 78?
