GGG sold the 3.0β on the idea that it would be similar to 2.0β but its not, its a skeleton with no meat on its bones compared to 2.0 Beta

A beta is the perfect timing to test those skills and uniques otherwise they will be released on Launch, be broken and not be addressed until the next league because GGG doesnt want to fix stuff during a course of a league

GGG want beta for selling packs, not for testing. If they rly care about testing beta will be free for all. More ppl = higher and better feedback. But not, let's milk more and limit access.
And huge 3.0 delays when ppl are super bored in current legacy league is good way to increase sells this scam beta key business. All for money folks...

I hope PUBG will cut huge chunk of PoE playerbase permanently.
