Good to know, I've been watching him a bit lately and I like his love about melee + life builds, but didn't see enough to know about the logouts :)
Cheers guys !!

Do you guys know? I tried to watch Ziz a few times and I can't stand those logout macro shenanigans at the slightest danger / suspicion of death.
Mathil plays SC 99% of the time, but now he's trying the 2W SSF HC.
Does Alkaizer use logouts? I haven't watched him enough to know.
Let me know, guys!
Why do you care is the better question. Just play the game the way you want to play it.
Nice sentiment but we have to play by GGG's rules since custom servers don't exist yet

This is something I will never understand.
I used to play these kind of games hardcore, but don't have the available playtime anymore to support that playstyle.
But how someone can choose to play hardcore, a playstyle that's designed to punish you for your mistakes, and then logout everytime you're in danger? I just can't seem to wrap my tiny brain around that idea.
I know it doesn't make you "safe", and I know it's not 100%. But it is kind of "wrong" watching streamers have the reflex of disconnecting every time they're in danger. And the most funny part is when they manage to log out, but don't really know if they were able to escape alive, logging in again and "hoping" that the mistake they just did - in hardcore - didn't kill them, in this hardcore playstyle that you play because you want to be punished by your mistakes.
It's hard to understand.
What's even more difficult to understand, is that GGG said they design the game around it. Why not just make a key assigned to the function?

It's because we're in an ERA where everybody and their mother are having "narcissism pills" spoon fed; Social media, Reddit, Streaming, you name it.
They continue to expose and profit from every single human weakness. Multiply their ego by 1000000 times and you win big time.
It sickens me to be honest.

Why wouldn't they logout in hc? If they don't then die, everyone calls them dumb. They can't win.
PoE not HC? Ugh. Try D3. I made one character in hc there and forgot to die. You literally have to try to die there. Got bored.
I'm too reckless in PoE for hc
Censored.
