Sao Paulo Server latency

Because every one here with this problem have issue to get good position on active races, and if this persist in the new season will be impossible to play.

Ps: And this problem is happening not only with us, on são paulo servers, Washington D.C (US) have the same problem. We need one solution or new season will be bad for all who use this two servers.

New one from today (yesterday very late at night I've got 50 ms again and was able to play, this one is from 6 pm Buenos aires)

The alt is working way better, ill provide the 'non-saturated time' data later, in which the alt is also better than the current.
