Need some help with a league starter build.

I played back in essence league and a bit in standart i started as Witch summoner but all the builds ive taken from the forums are too expensive usually require shav's and few other very expensive items.

The SRS+Zombie meat shield and flame spectres more specificly for starting fresh in 3.0... I know patch notes are not out yet. I want to start fresh summoner but no idea how to make something like this build from scratch item wise.

While there is time till 3.0 I want to try to make such build now in 2.6 and see how it works.

Which items should I seek as I start from scratch,how many regrets do I need to transition myself to full summoner,which skills are best to use as leveling and such. Would be very grateful for someone to help me out.


Overall expectation from build is Uber lab farm and high tier maps.
