Weight of Sin + Marauders Unstoppable

so if you got multiple Weight of Sins + Marauders Unstoppable passive will your movementspeed will still be your base speed?

Your movement speed cannot go below 100%. If you have on 30% move speed boots and 3 Weight of Sins, then your final movement speed will be 100% + 30% - 45% = 85% 100%.

Ty. Follow up question: Do movement skills (Whirling Blades, Lightning Warp etc.) scale with movement speed or just with cast/attack speed?

Whirling Blades, Leap Slam, and Flame Dash all scale solely through attack/cast speed.

Blink Arrow scales through attack and projectile speed (attack speed for windup, proj speed for arrow in flight)

Shield Charge and Lightning Warp scale through attack/cast and movement speed (attack/cast for windup, movement for charge/warp itself)
Shield Charge's "charge" speed might also be affected by attack speed, I'm not sure about that one.
