How can i get my box for lvl 10 after run?

How can i get my box for lvl 10 after run?
Two times i lvled up my char to lvl 10+ in 2 different leagues but didnt recieved box . what to do?

The rewards as far as I have come to understand it are dished out after some time. Took my girlfriend forever to get hers.

2) Be sure you actually reached lvl 11 or leveled 10 times on whatever race character or it doesn't count but I think you covered that with 10+

3) Did you mean leagues or races. The normal leagues do not work for this just to be clear.

Yes i mean races. One time 19 lvl and one time 22. Both races were starting from 0 lvl and was just a lvl race.
Will reward come to my stash or hows that works?

When they dish them out, it will appear in your mtx stash. And from how I understand it, if its a smaller race, the prizes are issued within the next business day. If it was from a longer week or 2 week race, its the following monday from the end of those races.
