When will it be possible to start planning 3.0 builds?

Hey,

with the beta running and a official release hopefully not too far away the question of when can I start to look into deciding what build to play?

I wonder how much planning can be done or will there most likely be enough information on the endgame to really know what will also work with all the upcoming changes?

Planning ahead now feels too early as things might still get changed but at the same time I aim to start with my very first self planned build and not rely completely on a guide

well if you have beta you can at least start planing now (naturally there will be some changes)

if not once beta is over we should have a good idea of how things will look
