3.0 Build idea bring the old school skill gem back

hello here is my idea for my next 3.0 build

Curse Vulnerability+blashphmey if you go with the Cospri will you could have Vunlnerability+Punishment or warlords mark

with 2 Weight of the Empire
(8-12)% increased Physical Damage
With at least 40 Strength in Radius, Heavy Strike has a
20% chance to deal Double Damage
