HC character listed as dead in ladder although it is alive

HC legacy, level 96. Exp is listed correctly and moves up ladder correctly too when I gain exp. Position 851 atm.

Some additional informations:
the character definitely wasn't moved to standard league without me noticing. It is listed as hc legacy character in the login screen and in game the tooltip also says "hc legacy". Trading/interacting with other hc legacy character also works.
I had a hc character with the exact same name before this one. The first one died and I deleted it so I could create another one with the same name. Maybe this is...ahem...the root of the problem?

Ouch. Anyways prior to your actual death, did you experience any instance crashes?

I can't remember when or who exactly I think it was unhost maybe, server had once crashed and they died briefly before crash in top 50 or so and death was announced, and got rolled back and continued ascending the ladder.

Maybe this thing was fixed since then, similar measures I think were placed (server update/save?) for stuff like currency usage but not sure.
