Vaal Summon Skeleton 20% question

I bought an 18% Vaal Summon Skeleton (VSS), and thought I would use 2 Gemcutter's to get it to 20%.

But that does not work, due to it being corrupted.

So are my options, either to buy a 20% VSS gem, or have a level 20 VSS, and use the Gembutter recipe to make it 20% ?

You can either buy a quality 20% Vaal Summon Skeletons gem.

Or you can get a level 20 Summon Skeletons gem, get it to 20% quality and use a Vaal Orb in hopes of turning it into Vaal Summon Skeletons.

Those are the only 2 options as far as I know.

The former being the easiest, and likely the cheapest (Since Vaaling into a Vaal skill gem isn't guaranteed. You might just corrupt the base gem)

You can also get it from a div card if RNG is in your favor. :)
