LF Standard Build Suggestions

- a Bow user (Duelist or Shadow, I figure) - I've tried Cold Arrow and don't love it. Can chaos/bleed be viable and cheap?
- a Wand user maybe?
- a shield-focused character (Duelist, Marauder, or Templar, I figure) - I'd like to try a bladed weapon since my main is blunt.
- a Glacial Cascade build (Templar or Shadow, I figure) - Dual-elements would be so cool (two different element totems?)
- I don't have a lot of currency or great items, so I'm happy to do a build half-assed if it's still sort of effective;

Honestly, I tried. I haven't played in a couple years and I'm overwhelmed. Many build guides claim "mandatory" uniques that I can't nearly afford, and most use countless acronyms I don't recognize. I submit myself to your expertise; please help.
