after windows 10 creator updates, POE cannot update

I have poe installed on a seperated harddisk.
so when I plug a windows 10 main harddisk to boot to use windows 10.
and I plug a windows 7 to boot to use windows 7.

after windows 10 creator updates,
it say updates cannot write to the game directory.
I have the whole disk permission as follow:
system as creator owner
administrators group full control
users group full control
authenicated users full control
everyone full control
my only login user is "user" in the "adminstrators" group
the PC has not joined any domain

I think windows 10 creator updates crewed something deep in the harddisks.
If i swap the os to the other windows, same kind of "read only" error occurs.

do we have any work around to sort this out?

so if i create a new empty folder, it will have a grey "ready only" ticks in it.
if i create a new file in this folder, the file is not ready only.
if i boot the system the other windows to see if there's an virus hiding, there is nothing.

problem solved

I find that I enable windows home group in the network setting.
I allowed windows to manage windows home group instead of user and group and password (ACL),
but I didn'y join any home group.
So instead of everyone full control, no one have any right except windows itself.

disable the home group in the network sharing centre sort this out.
