Do I need to get Amazon Prime to get Twitch Prime?

When I click on the link from the Announcement thread, I am forwarded to Amazon. I'm not sure what that entails in Germany, that is, how difficult or easy it may or not be to cancel afterwards. I was primarily seeking the free purple items ;.) Thanks

Yes, Prime is from Amazon. I cancelled right from the verification email they sent.

I've signed up for an Amazon Prime trial 6 or 7 times and cancel it instantly each time and just used the free month's services, it's extremely easy to cancel.
