Not bad, but why physical to lightning and added fire damage? the gem converts half your phys, thereby making that added fire gem 50% its' value.
SSF, because Path of Trade RMTers and bots suck.

Edited, I changed phys to light in cleave setup for culling strike, and same gem in flicker strike setup for wed.
