What's the Best Way to Level After Dried Lake?

What strategy do you use to level to 100?

What level do you do Dried Lake until?

What do you do after that?

I'm curious as to what the most efficient/fastest way to level.

I've heard of people doing Breach rotations, Poorjoy rotations, Shaped Shores, Shaped Strands, etc.

Are certain strategies better for certain levels? (i.e. 70-80, 80-90, etc)

I'd love to hear the different strategies.

Until low 70s. If you are strong enough & have some currency (1 alche or less per map), you can start mapping earlier (lowest map monsters level is 68).

Map
Breachsrone rotas are best for exp till at least lvl 80, maybe even beyond that.
Poorjoy is great if you can keep up with the rest of the people and dont die to detonate dead crap.
Maelstrom of chaos unique map also gives very nice xp/ per hour if you just left dried lake.

Just to expand on that a bit.

Dried Lake Monster Level is 67 (http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/The_Dried_Lake). So for players to effectively gain experience from there, he must be within 67 +/-7, or Level 60 - 74 (http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Experience). But from my experience, one can start benefiting from Dried Lake from as low as 58.

Now if your character still cannot Map alone when you hit 74, you can continue to Dried Lake until 80 or so. I've seen people with failed characters (cannot map) who Dried Lake up to 84. But really beyond 77 or so, you are very recommended to start mapping. Returns are better in maps that you pay 1 alche or less for.
The best way to level after Dried Lake highly depends on how hard the difficulty you can do without dying is.

On a new character in a new league I'll usually do Dried Lake until about 75, then go on to do maps - at this point the focus however is more on unlocking the Atlas and getting a solid map pool, not max XP/hour.

Assuming this is not your first character in a league or you had a generous benefactor set you up with decent but not great gear, you after Dried Lake you can run yellow maps quickly until the late 80s for solid XP (start with Shaped Jungle Valley / Beach and then do Shaped Mesa or Dunes) and then proceed to do Shaped Strand/Atoll/ Shore as you approach 90 and beyond. Generally speaking this is highly efficient for almost any solid end-game character and does not require any large degree of setup or abnormally strong characters at low levels.

In Legacy league, if you are wealthy and both have a powerful fast clearing build and lots of currency to throw at each map, it's extremely efficient to run Shaped Shores with lots of Sextants and Double Beyond (leaguestone + Zana) - this is quite expensive, but double beyond gives an absurd amount of XP. However unless your character is quite powerful (like kill Beyond bosses barely noticing they spawn) then it can be too rippy and not worth it.

Alternatively, running Chayula Breachstones can also give great XP, but they are quite expensive and require a bit of work selling the drops in order to make up the cost of the stones.

Finally, if your character is sufficiently powerful at low levels, running Apex of Sacrifice or elemental Breachlord domains can be incredible for XP until the low 80s.
I did a lot of Shaped Phantasmagoria maps. Running shaped Phantasmagoria maps allows you to use a lot of the white sextant's you'll find. Only one yellow is required, on the shaped map itself, if I remember correctly.
