Culling Strike for bosses

You can link Culling Strike (any level) with Cast When Damage Taken (Level 1), and then any spell of your choice as long as it is not a degen or DoT kind of spell.
Most popular would be Arctic Breath (Level 4), and along with Greater Multiple Projectiles (any level). It gives good defense because of chilled ground effect. However minotaur is chill-immune, so perhaps for this fight, you can use Blade Vortex (Level 8) and Power Charge on Crit (any level). |

You have one more option -get Culling Strike as an implict mod on Your Atziri's Por Favor (TM) via corruption. Just make sure You have spare one in case of unlucky RNG that sadly happens sometimes :D

I dont know why nobody told you this but you could just link culling to your leap slam instead of item rarity. It would also boost atk speed with quality.
