It's potentially worth a ton of Exalts.
But you'll maybe have a hard time selling, because in the current CI meta, two mods are wasted. Even for Low life buils, the life roll is somewhat wasted. So who is going to buy this beautiful helmet? 3.5 build: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2299519
