Can we copy and, so it'll update your HO to look like yours?

For exampple, if I want the Overgrown arch (previously from Tora) I have no idea who sells that kind of decor and from what level etd. since all masters decorations are now merged to 4 (Niko, Zana, Einhar and Alva)
