[2.6] 300k Freezing Pulse (LL perma-freeze every boss to T15)

Okay, so this is my first build that came out pretty decent so there is LOTS of room for improvement, feel free to post any improvements in the comments.

Runs:


I've tested this on plenty of map bosses already and I perma froze almost every one of them. Some have a hard time and some just can't be frozen, but over all its just a fun skill all around. Reflect is the only problem I've had, I got a sapphire flask to deal with it and got purity of ice, if you're having mana issues I'd drop the purity, if you have skyforth you won't have any issues.

Again, I legit just put this together. LOTS of room for improvement. Opal rings would be better if you don't need the res.

Thanks to the new threshold jewels we no longer need LMP or GMP on freezing pulse! Be sure to grab those.



Wise oak would be a good item to get if you can get your cold res to be the highest or all res equal.

For a 5L i'd drop Hypothermia

Once you get skyforth you can drop power charge on crit for something like level 4 empower, you can also change up your ammy for a better one.
