Items from Vendor Recipes Hyrri's Bite not working. Challenge

I tried to do the Challenge "Items from Vendor Recipes" i used the recipe to get Hyrris bite to Use Orb of chance since the recipe for that needs 1 Orb of Chance.

Well it did not work i did not get update to my Challenge highly annoying.

My question is now What recipe will work then for this specific challenge since Making Unique item did not work?

The challenge is called Items from Vendor Recipes.

The description says "Complete vendor recipes to receive each of the following items."

Why would giving a vendor an Orb of Chance count as them giving you one?

Any recipe which results in you getting an Orb of Chance.

I did a full set of low level rare items. Two rares with the same name should also work.
