(2.6 Raider) Seizures Build

Hello everyone im new to this posting of builds, I make alot of diffrent self made builds but this ones fairly unique. I have not seen anyone online running this setup, so clearly im the first ;P, but no really I think I might be.

I will say this from the start so there is no confusion, the builds NOT FINISHED but does work as intended. This is information for the community to branch new builds from this idea and character, I want people to make it better and put there spin on it.

Dont forget to give me credit though :D!, I spend alot of time looking for awsome new synergies and ways to make unique builds.


Let me break it down quick!

-Quartz Infusion
Ascendancy notable Passive Skill ((You have Phasing while you have Onslaught))

-Ahn's Heritage
unique Shield ((You have Onslaught while at maximum Endurance Charges))
((+3% to all maximum Resistances while you have no Endurance Charges))

-Fragility x2
unique Jewel ((-2 to Maximum Endurance Charges))

-Avatar of the Veil
Ascendancy notable Passive Skill ((Immune to Elemental Status Ailments while Phasing))
((20% increased Movement Speed while Phasing))
((10% chance to Dodge Spell Damage while Phasing))

-The Brass Dome
unique Armor ((Take no Extra Damage from Critical Strikes))

-Three-step Assault
unique Boots ((100% increased Evasion Rating while you have Onslaught))
((10% chance to Dodge Spell Damage while Phasing))


OK SO WTF DOES THIS MEAN!!???

It means with the setup above you have whats listed below.

Good Things
-Immune to Elemental Status Ailments 100% of the time. (not ground effects though)
-Onslaught 100% of the time.
-Phasing 100% of the time.
-You dont take extra damage from crits.
-You have +3% to all maximum Resistances.
-This setup can be applied to many diffrent build idea's
-Its a new thing.

Bad Things
-Relying on uniques can be bad and cost you resistances and life.
-Its a gimick and may be patched from the game one day.
-The cost of the items may go up, if it becomes popular lol.
-You cant use endurance charges
-Not the best for block builds, still able to though.
