Ping + DC ?

i was running a constant ping to the Frankfurt server and yet i got a DC how ?
even though the ping time was almost constat

2 things potentially (maybe 3)

1. you have a lag spike of 6 seconds+ (you claim they ping was good though right?)
2. extreme packet loss, would make the game stutter badly, not sure if this would effect the in game latency bar
3.You were mapping and got booted to the login screen during the map, which isn't actually a DC it's just where the game puts you when the instance you were in crashes(you would not be able to re enter it...portals might be there but disappear when you click them)
