[2.6] Hidden Potential CA MoM Hierophant

Mind Matter is a defense that doesn't really care about whether you have good gear just so long as it has life and resist mods. This goes perfectly with the Hidden Potential jewel, since this build can just get away with wearing blue items to scale damage. Hierophant is chosen so that we can get some more mana and damage conversion for Mind over Matter.

This makes Caustic Arrow an appealing choice, as we can scale its damage a bit further with Hidden Potential than we could if we only used passive nodes. Wearing eight blue items gives us +200% increased damage. The only non-blue items will be our +3 bow and the boots, which can be a rare or the Death's Door unique.

The build functions quite well as a budget build, as our "perfect gear" pieces are going to be a level 21 Caustic Arrow gem, a level 4 Empower and our crafted +3 bow. A Death's Door can also be thrown in depending on how comfortable you are with bleeds. At full frenzy charges and with our ideal gem setup, the build should be able to do around 43k chaos degeneration per second before adjustments from Concentrated Effect. (More depending on how many mobs you've killed recently.)

The build's major downside is that Mind over Matter doesn't apply degeneration damage to your mana. So while you're running around in excess of 11k hit points with respect to hits, you're basically a subpar life build with respect to bleeds, burns and chaos degeneration. This makes Corrupted Bloodlines and Vulnerability curses especially dangerous to you.

It can also get a bit frustrating to juggle your resists on gear and you can expect your chaos resistance to be somewhere between dumpster and trash.
