Thor 2.0 - Dual wielding Mjolner

So, currently only in theory stage (like a lot of builds i think of), but the idea of this is to Dual wield Mjölners, both with Spark, Lightning Pen (maybe ele focus) and controlled destruction. These would both get +2 chain from the Mjölners as well. The main skill for this build will either be Dual strike (with the Might and Influence jewel for free splash), cyclone or something else with a highish hit rate for dual hammers.

Rest of the gear wise, other than Astramentis, im just looking for gears with str and int (mostly rares where possible)

Rings only need a good strength and Int roll + resists. Boots and belt just looking for life, es and res.

For the tree, the aim is to efficiently get dual wield and lightning damage nodes (havnt got a tree planned out yet). Also going to take a few jewel nodes.

From here, my question is this;

Should i get more lightning damage on the tree, or just make sure all my free jewel slots give lightning damage?
