INTRODUCTION

I wanted to make a build using EO and non crit to make it more budget and see how far it can go.

How does this build work?

Full conversion to utilize EO and WED

Mapping/Generic

Weapon of choice


or lioneyes glare and dont need acc on gear/tree

Legacy reach makes mapping more comfortable.
Chinsol does more dps for bosses at pointblank range with barrage. Also fine for mapping.

Note: TS enchant helps a lot. Rigwald fork helps clear speed

Death's door is great for the str requirement and also being immune to bleed.

You have no room for flask suffixes because of 4 unique flasks + quicksilver for movmeent speed, so deaths door saves you from using staunching flask.

Skyforth is another option for stun immunity (mana pool ~ 1.9-2k = almost 10k life stun treshold) but you need to grab a staunching flask.

VERY CRUCIAL you are flask finder after all!

Remember they are 50% increased effect

Use kiaras determination if you dont have any stun immunities

Put Intuitive leap and grab overcharged and melding

Note: Look for double damage and attack speed.

Overcharge helps us get power charges which gives us high uptime on EO

Why Non crit?

Just wanted to see how far EO can be pushed. Also being cheaper than crit builds.

great guide liking it so far, still in the leveling process(81 currently) and trying to get my damage to scale properly, getting there though, have a few questions.

is the inspired learning between witch and shadow, the only generation of frenzy charges, or am i missing something? also, should i be leveling cwdt/enfeeble? or keep as low as possible for most procs?
