Iron will and iron grip

Does repentence/crown of eyes and iron grip stack for bow build?

No, what 'iron something' does is make your strength damage bonus apply to something else besides melee physical damage. So, if it applied to a certain part of your damage output once it will not do so again.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

No, they don't.

Technical details
Strength, by default, grants a bonus to melee physical damage. If you have Iron Grip, then strength now grants a bonus to projectile attack damage and melee physical damage. If you have Iron Will, strength grants a bonus to spell damage. If you have Iron Will + Crown of Eyes, strength grants a bonus to melee physical damage, spell damage, and attack damage. What you are doing is simply increasing the set of situations where the strength bonus can apply, but it is still only applied once.

It's somewhat similar to the way that "elemental damage" only applies once to a spell that converts from one element to another. You are simply expanding the set of appropriate modifiers.
As mentioned above, Iron Will/Grip doesn't simply give you +X% Ranged Physical Damage/Spell Damage

But rather just enables your Strength to give that bonus.

So stacking the effect will not work.

However, with the Doon Cuebiyari Sceptre, it has a pseudo Iron Will effect IN ADDITION to Iron Will itself. So if you want to get a ton of spell damage from strength, grab that sucker and stack strength to your hearts content.
