My very 1st Build (Blade Vortex Assasin 2.6)

Hello There Guyz i wanted to ask you for a feedback on my build that I'm trying to make.
Its Life Based Crit Blade Vortex Assasin.
I wanted to make it, becouse none of the builds i've found wasnt satysfing for me. And tbh I cant afford even 1 flask required for CI builds so here it is :D

Tried to get as much Crit and spell dmg ass possible with the balance of Life

3 Equipment

I wasnt wondering on this but, HP + ES will be nice, duno how about armor but there's probably going to be plenty of Evasion from the dex.
For weapon some good Crit dagger, and nice shield with boost to spell dmg.
There probably will be need for a EQ pieces with + Strenght but its not a big deal to satysfy Warlords Mark and Immortal call


So what do you think Guys ?
Is it going to work or there is not much of a chance about it.
Feel free to coment and if You think you can make better tree, go on I would be greatfull ... I'm realy dumb in case of building trees, but i realy want to play a Blade Vortex because imo its the best abbility in game <3

its my second skill in poe. i love old BV builds. check my profile, BAHAMAS character.
1. poison instead inccrit support. we have enough crit chance. we lost 1 gem with inccrit. so with NoxiousStrike and ToxicDelivery from class, with increased DoT from tree we have insane boost dmg. 1 problem - we need proc "addittional 100% dmg for Bleeding monsters". we can do bleed with whirling blades (proc from Noxious Strike) or from craft bleed on dagger. GG for bosses. its all about "double dipping".
2. vaal pact is not very important. we can save 4+ nodes. done 94 lvl on perandus league very ez without pact.
3. u have useless nods in tree. check my tree (optimized from oldschool comrades).
4. armour is very usefull thing. i use unique jewel - Energised Armour. it improves your armour gear. also u can use MoltenSHell+cwdt+ImmortalCall+Golem (like my helm, just drop incDuration) for more armour (dont forger abour trigger lvl of MoltenShell from cwdt).

awesome melee dmg reduction + 33% evasion from boots (+spellblock)
and some block from flasks

i can tanky any boss. 3-8 sec and he dies (20 stucks of BV, more easy with VaalHaste+VaalGrace). For example i can tanky uberIzaro. spam BV before start (20 stucks) + 1 use of manaflask + Rummi's + stand by 4-10 sec - its all i need.
5. use daggers with stat - adds x-x lightning dmg to spells. it boost your dmg +50%.

6. best enchant on boots - 16% AS and CS. fast Whirling Blades and faster BV casting.
7. flame dash dont need FasterCasting gem. use this skill 1-2 times on map. WhirlingBlades - best choice for fast move + forty proc.
8. if u use armour setup u can use BloodRage gem for generate frenzy charges for MORE DMG :O (oneshot packs on high tier without insane poison boost)
9. atziri flask boost dmg twice. physical + elemental(fire+lightning). also we can use TasteOfHate flask. more tanky more DPS (20-30% of phys gain more cold dmg). but we have a lot dmg without any dps flasks. i like use 3 life flask for 100% survive in any situation + 1 mana + rumi's. :)
