Can't you use your logic and understand it has NOTHING with anyone ISP / location / connection ?

I wouldn't response to people that saying I am lying, hiding something or don't give a damn. Maybe your attitude leads to GGG not responding.

My attitude was just fine when I've posted this to the first time.
My attitude was just fine when I mailed and PM'd it to GGG support.
If you provide a service and your service have problem, you can't allow yourself to ignore your customers ( like GGG does ).

To those who think its related to your ISP, its not.
People from all over europe having the same problem.

Different countries, different cities, different ISP, different routers, different PC's specs, different builds and even different time their account was created.
The only common thing in this situation is GGG and the companies they hire to handle the traffic into their servers.

Like I said before, they won't acknowledge it here ( they could done so days ago but decided to ignore all of us again and again and again ), acting like its everyone else problem and running some MTX sales on the weekend only show their true face, greed.

You can say w/e you want, I really don't give a damn anymore, the only sad part that I did helped GGG with buying their packs and support them but guessing GGG isn't so different then the hungry gold digger aka Blizzard, but at least Blizzard replay to their community.

You seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of how the internet is architected. There are various "tiers" of ISPs. An entire region of the world can certainly experience issues if key lines become oversaturated (or in the case of Singapore, cut). Level3 is a Tier 1 network, and as such, see a LOT of traffic. If they are having issues, many smaller ISPs will feel the impact.

wow that explains alot. This could also mean we could try to fix this client side with static routes while they fix it on their side.

nice work mister bejarid!

Not at all. You cannot influence what route your traffic takes over the internet. You have 1 single route, and that is your WAN connection to your ISP. Once it is off your home network, you have 0 control.
Why do some people bother to post random crash/disconnection in a LAG thread? The way of some human brains work is really mysterious.
there are 2 distinct issues, one with abnormal disconnect ( affecting mainly Free ISP customers ) and one about massive LAG because internet routes are pure shit .

To the diligent WinMTR posters and doubters.
1.) First got permission to post this PM, because it addresses this thread, still, with it being a PM one asks permission to do so.
2.) Yes that is Melissa, as in GGG staff member, with her being one of several staff members already involved.
3.) Still missing now might be a cosy feeling of having a direct staff member post right here at the thread. That's all? Small loss, they are working on problems more than public relations, preferring that anytime.
4.) Keep on posting WinMTR reports, they are helpful.

Hey there Gary,

Thank you for getting back to us about this, I am sorry to hear that you feel this way and the frustration this may have caused you.

I can assure you that this has been brought to our Network Administrator's attention, and they will need to investigate this in depth before we are able to provide you with sufficient information.

I have passed along the thread that you and other players have commented in on, providing us with the WinMTR reports greatly assists us with putting this report into motion with the appropriate contacts.

Even if a developer/Network Admin may not post or respond to players, please don’t take silence for inattention. They are currently all hands on deck for the upcoming 3.0.0; this does not mean players concerns are ignored.

I do apologise for any discomfort this may have caused, if there's anything else we can assist you with feel free to contact us again.

Kind regards,
Melissa

Gaming on via various Gateways, currently Frankfurt, until this "Glitch" is wrestled back into it's corner of "Solved".

Thank You for your time and work.

Frankfurt is reachable with a low latency. It looks like the problem is solved. Well done!
still unclear if all issues reported here are from the same root cause
