[2.6] [WIP] HELP Scorching Ray CwC Detonate Dead Elementalist Life/MoM

I came across Aphorist84's build while browsing for a league starter and decided to give it a shot. With the additional nodes behind Mind Over Matter I decided to alter Aphorist84's build to try and make it tank more like KuteKitteh's build from 2.0, which I greatly enjoyed.

So far my only issue has been with single target DPS. I am posting my build here seeking help in optimizing my character for atlas progression. I play pretty casually but have had some extra time lately so I'm looking to make this character more viable. I currently have a 3ex budget, but could probably sell the Red Dream jewel if need be. I obviously can get some greatly improved rares, however I hate trading and don't want to commit to paying an ex for a rare if I'm not even sure what I'm doing with the build.

Not really sure how The Red Dream interacts with Scorching Ray and Detonate Dead. I know that it is a nice way to generate Endurance Charges though, since I have taken some all res from the tree to offset Lightning Coil anyway. I had been wearing the Windscream boots to curse Flammability with Orb of Storms and also Warlord's on Blasphemy for charges. Since getting the Red Dream jewel I was thinking of putting Enfeeble on Blasphemy but maybe just free up the gem slots and also the mana for MoM.
