Please clarify Map drop system for me

I started the league completing all maps ( going into t11 and 12 too) and fucked my atlus. It's now fixed and scrubbed so only Shaped Strand is complete for t11/12.

My understanding was if a map was going to drop as t11 and shaped Strand is the only completed t11, it will drop as a Shaped Strand. So Why when I did a Arsenal, did a Chateau drop? Was it simply because it's beside it and you have a chance of getting a adjacent map?

Edit. I just got a crematorium!...why? I used one master cart seal to uncomplete it and a second to remove it, or so I thought.

Is it possible to literally and completely remove a map from the atlus? If so, how? Supposedly it's a master cartographer sextant. All it seems to do is remove the competion bonus and it goes a shade like it's never been ran before.

The Atlus is very convoluted.

You need to be careful before you run a map or you will mess up your Atlas if you are trying to get certain drops. You dropped Chateau because it is connected to Arsenal, even though you never completed Chateau before:

Ok, but then why did I get a Crematorium in Chateu which is not beside it, if I uncompleted it with Master Cartographers seal? I double checked, it's uncomplete. Trying to use a Master seal does nothing.

I uncompleted it. And its not beside Chateau. So why did THAT drop? Is my Atlus screwed?

Chateau continues to drop too even though it's uncomplete.

Something screwy is going on and I'm down A LOT of chaos's trying to fix it. It costed me many Master cart seals to try and stop this from happening, everything t11 and 12 is uncomplete yet it keeps happening.

I'm at the point where I'm going to open a tech support ticket. When a orb that claims to uncomplete a map, doesnt do what it says and I continue getting t11 maps I'm not even beside something is funky.

Where did the Crematorium Map drop? Was it probably during a Master Mission (especially Zana)?
I have observed that the Atlas rules of map drops do not apply for maps dropping from Master Areas (like a map opened by Zana). You can drop various T11 there even though Strand is the only T11 you have completed on your Atlas.
However those are quite rare occasions.
And regarding those T11 maps dropping from your T10 maps: Yea that happens all the time because they are connected to the T10s you do. There are only 2 workarounds: Either only play Strands or your Shaped T12 map (they are not connected to other T11s, so only Strand can drop on them) or seal your T10s aswell until you only have your shaped T10 Map left on the Atlas. Since that one will not be connected to any T11 either any T11 that drops there will be a Strand.
However the latter is not really necessary since from the point where you have a pool of T11 and T12 you will likely never play T10s again.

Man, the atlas is so unorganized if you don't know what to do

There's at least two exceptions.

1) Master missions for Zana.
2) Diviner Strongboxes (as well as uber-lab chests).

Probably others.

Because GGG wants only streamers to play their game , that's why everyone else is a pleb 4 life .

This a expensive option but ya it did occur to me.
Ugh. Bad season for me. I mean I'm doing well now, playing a MF Golemmancer and it's paying for its self but I have waste so much currency and time on this Atlus but I guess that's on me.
