Can a low-life RF actually beat uber atziri and shaper?? From what I last remember, the overpowered Low-life builds aren't possible unless you do have a high budget. If not, selling it off to someone else who still naively believes Shavronne's to be a strong item to get a CI build is still much stronger.

I kinda agree with you on the part about being able to make a cheaper CI build that can do uber or shaper. The Op said they wanted to use the shavs and where already thinking about rf guardian. I haven't actually done either with the build but I'v watched a stream do them in hc so I'd assume it's possible to do those fights in sc. For shaper I'd assume it's pretty easy even with only ok gear for atziri you might need top end gear idk. I personally wouldn't try to do it with the gear I have on my character but I only have like 12k ES because I value item rarity so much. With that said regular atziri is easier then I ever thought she could be.

If I had to suggest a 2nd build it would probably be animate weapon however that build would be a pain to farm shaper with and isn't the easiest to play because you almost need a special loot filter for it.

whispering ice guardian is still a really good boss killer and the most expensive item is shavs, unless you are really extreme minmaxing it.
