I think I can see a compromise here.
They sell the Global Toucan pet, but every time you summon it it posts an ascii representation of itself to a random global chat (out of 65k or so) and then mutes you for a random duration (1 second to 1 year). This sates GGG's fierce addiction to RNG-dictated risk vs reward and the Global Chatters' fierce need to post toucans despite the repercussions. As for the price of the toucan pet, it starts very, very high but is reduced incrementally depending on how many times you've been muted by a GGG staff member. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

New crimes against Toucanity:
 For those who don't know how to enlarge a picture, it says that I have been muted for 6000 hours for following the toucan religion. With this new evidence, I suppose the case I've filed some time ago at the hague against GGG because of religious oppression will finally move forward.
