Best Single Target Cold Spell (w/o converting to fire)?

I'm gonna be running a build similar to Freezerator, where i use Lacerate to trigger cospri's, question is, what would be the best single target setup for both cospris?

my current planned setup is 2x Freezing pulse + cold pen + cont dest with the new threshold jewel, but i tried single target with my other Freezerator (Scion) and Freezing pulse seems lacking in single target, any suggestions from the community?

If that sword only triggers one spell anymore (which it should be), than your best bet will be Arctic Breath + Cold Pen + Conc Effect. Also you might want to use Frost Blades 'cause it is 60% cold and good for pack killing.

Cospri's Malice doesn't really give a snot about Frost Blades' conversion since it deals pure cold damage to start with. Any skill it fires is dealing cold, one way or another. That said, now that Cospri's Malice doesn't cost the Earth, the Sun, and all the stars...might be interesting to see how the thing works now that everyone thinks it's worthless.

Amazing how the CoC crowd just ignores anything that doesn't execute sixty-seven actions a second and destroys server hardware.

This is true. You can freeze and shatter your foes with Molten Strike or Static Strike if you wanted.

I use Vortex in it for style, supplemental DPS, and guaranteed Chill on my manual-cast Discharge build (Natalya_di_Cospri)
