Can we please have a buff/rebalance of rare quivers?!

It's not that drillneck still probably is the best dps quiver (even for non life builds); but rare quivers are (always) crap, the tier1 roll for added physical damage, for instance, has a maximum of 8 or 9 avg dps while unique quivers can add a ton of varied damage. Also, it's very notable that it CAN'T ROLL ANY ENERGY SHIELD # or %. ?!?!?! Why So?
Only soulstrike and a few other ones have it. Also, please, more/better unique quivers for ES builds?! 100-120es from Soulstrike is not even a start. The fact that most unique quivers have no life/es roll is completely out of the current meta. Buff life on the right side of the tree! Just a little! Pretty Please! I think its a good thing they dont have es, I dont see why we would need more reasons to go es over life for builds.
I get more dps off my rare quiver than a drillneck. I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)

Drillneck is BiS for most bow builds simply because most bow builds stack Pierce. Getting an average of 17 flat physical and +50% projectile damage on top of getting some extra pierce chance or (with the right corruption) an extra arrow far outweighs what you can roll on rare quivers unless you get a really, really, really exceptional one.

bow chars are the only ones having a potential one hand 6 link weapon and a stat stick, there need to be drawbacks.
