Anti Clear Speed Enemy Suggestion
New enemy, bufferino. On bufferino's death puts a 5 second stacking effect on nearby players and their allied forces. Enemies that are near units with this effect gain a buff for enhanced stats, scaling with the number of stacks.
Player kills 2 of these units, 2 stacks of the effect. Enemies anywhere close (120 units) to the player will get 2 stacks of the buff. Each stack could give like 10% increased speed, 5% damage reduction, 5% increased damage. Summoner kills 5 of these nuits, 5 stacks of the buff, applied to all minions and totems as well. People with a lot of DPS will just shatter enemies anyway and will not care about the buff.
Also on SSF if you achieve clear speed you clearly deserved it. It's not that easy to get a working build on SSF. But I would love Bard like characters in POE. Also Bard like skills for players would be nice / fun. It's a little unmanly but hey! Who doesn't love some singing? | |
" This is no worse than Proximity Shield enemies (evangelists or rares with Nemesis mod) combat the ranged meta. They wouldn't be everywhere, but they would be something to watch out for. Frenzies allies on death already exists as a weak form of bufferino, so this isn't entirely new territory either. |

So far I've had no problems getting everything I've needed via OSP (on-site procurement) and crafting. " If you're referring to skills which provide buffs to nearby allies (or debuffs to nearby tangos), we do have them in the form of the various auras. Are there some others I'm overlooking? " Original poster's suggestion is nothing like D3 Nephalem Glory. If anything, it's like porcupine spike explosions or Bearer bloodlines, except instead of projectiles or delayed explosions, they cause you to buff your enemies. Need game info? Check out the Wiki at: https://www.poewiki.net/
