MoldyDwarf's 2.6 barrage + kb wander

I started the 2.6 Legacy Softcore league as a life-based barrage and kinetic blast wander, designed by a friend, @Philophil. It has quite good damage but is rather squishy. Was able to kill shaper a few times but not reliably. High skill players can do reliable shaper farming with this gear if they're also super-careful about the mechanics.

I ended up needing to sell my good wand to fund other things. Piscator's is strong, but I lost 30-40% of my DPS relative to the high end wand.
