Need an endgame CC build

My first build (And the one I am running atm) is some derivation of FoxTactic's arc hellfire witch build and well it isn't working out as well as I would have hoped. And with the 6 new acts announced I really wanted to try make a new character running an endgame viable build with the 1 exalt and a bit of currency I have.
Was looking at VRF videos and so far I am leaning towards them. Not sure what else would be a sweet 1 hit boss killer and/or an amazing cc build. Any help provided would be highly appreciated! Last bumped on Mar 27, 2017, 3:50:59 PM
