Cospri's Malice x2 + Frost Blades Questions

So I recently tried a build for dual Cospri's Malice and four cold spells slotted in them, built for cold damage and what not, and it's very underwhelming, mostly due to the fact that I'm not entirely 100% sure how to boost my crit rate past 20% in merciless but that's a subject for another thread specifically, although I'll address it below. I've got a level 68 Assassin with 2 Cospri's Malice, I have a love of Frost Blades, and this Shadow is built like so(clearly not all points are used but too lazy to edit and that's the general direction I'm going, just heading into Witch's area now)
I currently want to build towards Frost Blades, since Lacerate is really kinda of underwhelming for procing the Cospris. Any idea what I might want to do? Things I might want to change? Is layering Frost Blades and Cospri's Malices even worth it? Examples, Trees and other such things would be appreciated, as well as maybe some advice as to how to get my crit to higher levels in Merciless? I've seen a Raider with Frost Blades do Shaper before, and while it's with claws, I feel like the sheer nuking protential of Cospri's Malice might be worth looking into for my Shadow. Plus uh... already invested in 2 of them, heh. Hard to say without seeing your gear/links. Follow the discharge guide and apply it to frost blades. Crit rings, gloves, gems with quality.

So basically run the discharge build for assassin? Suggestions on what to change since I don't run Discharge and don't need all those charges from Voll's and such? Gems for Frost Blades?
